of mocha butter cream, flamed with cognac and extinguished
with a chocolate cognac sauce.

Bombe
layers of cake, sherbet and ice creams
covered with meringue, flamed with cognac.

Bananas Foster
sautéed bananas with brown sugar, cinnamon, brandy, rum and
almonds served over vanilla ice cream.

Cherries Jubilee
sautéed cherries served over vanilla ice cream with
brandy and kirsch.

Miniature Desserts
your choice of crème de menthe brownies, pecan
diamonds, lemon bars, fruit tarts, chocolate Victoria tarts, chocolate
covered strawberries, raspberry clusters, orange creamsicle - seasonal.
